Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Rant

I really should make a list with names of people who always come arround with "Screw you, Pokeshippers! You're always bashing the others, you're unfriendly and you think your shipping is the one and only! You losers!".
You know what?
I know some Pokeshippers who are really this way but I know a lot of other shippers who are doing that, too. It's the same with hooligans in soccer. They don't want to be a "fan", they only want to get in trouble and fight against the "real" fans. In Shipping-Wars it is exactly the same.
There are the shippers, who ship their pairing with all their hearts, be nice to different shippers and only want to enjoy their fandom - and there are "the hooligan shippers" who only ship to get a fight and making trouble.
Day by day I get notes of people who say, they like my art, my shipping - and on the other day I come to a Pokeshipping-picture and read stuff like "Uh, I never liked Misty. I HATE her. She's so stupid. And Ash is so happy not seeing her again!" from the same persons I got the notes from.

is screwing, deviants. Not the so-called Pokeshipper-asshole-fans. There are a lot of shipper-hooligans out there - in Advance, Pearl, Negai, Ego, Alto, Orange, ... whatever. Not only the Pokeshippers. When you try to be nice to someone they yell back "You loser! You dumbass! You mo**erfu*ker! You asshole!" and what else on you.
You know what? When I'm talking nice to you in respect, I want you to do this to me, too. Otherwise it's no wonder so many people yell against each other and cry out load in back when they get called something like that, too.

I'll never understand someone call theirselves a "shipper" and on the other way hating it to death. Logic, plz?

This post isn't for the people who talk normally with me. But I only wanted to rant about it, because - seriously - it pisses me off the Pokeshippers always should be the assholes only - there are a lot of these stupid persons in every fandom, sadly. Just saying.

Yeah, I really don't understand why people do that. To be honest, Pokeshipping isn't my favorite shipping. I don't hate it (actually it's kinda cute) but I'm not a huge fan. (I'm more of a Rocketshipper...) I respect other peoples likes and dislikes and that's what they should do instead of bashing. Why can't we all get along? So what if they don't like what you like. Big deal. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.
